Order Cancellation RequestsYou may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel your order:
- Contact our customer service team at shop@charlielulu.com as soon as possible.
- Include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. However, you can follow the return procedure once your order has arrived (see Return Policy).
Order ModificationsIf you need to make changes to your order (such as changing the shipping address or items in your cart), please contact us immediately. We can accommodate changes as long as the order has not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order is in the processing or shipping stage, modifications cannot be made.
