  • Order Processing Time
    Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 4 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods & Holidays
    We typically ship orders via USPS and do not process or ship orders on U.S. holidays. For some destinations, we offer express shipping options.
  • Economy Shipping Options
    We offer affordable economy shipping options based on the weight of your order. For orders weighing less than 1 lb, the shipping cost is $5.00. For orders weighing between 1 lb and 2 lbs, the shipping cost is $6.00. Orders over 2 lbs will incur a shipping fee of $9. Additionally, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
  • Delivery Time
    • U.S. Orders: Once processed, orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 8 business days.
    • International Orders: International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.
  • Tracking & Delays
    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information in your order confirmation email. If there is a delay in your order, please check the tracking details for updates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
